North82 has founded Habitat Partners A/S together with a group of seasoned real estate and finance professionals. Habitat Partners is a two vertical platform consisting of area and property development – with a core focus on creating sustainable homes in attractive locations in larger Danish growth cities.

North82 adds additional project to the portfolio for residential and commercial property developments – in central location in the city center of Esbjerg.
The project of approx. 35.000 sqm, will consist of residential apartments, hotel and retail units – all located in the very center of Esbjerg, next to shopping center, trainstation – with waterfront views.

North82 joins real estate consortium, to benefit from the current distressed real estate market and favorable pricing, on land and development projects.
The consortium is expecting to receive residential permits for developing approx. 300 terraced housing units. The attractive area is in close proximity to the city center of Esbjerg – also known as the Sustainable Energy Metropolis of the Nordics.

North82 acted as buyside advisor to the Danish Family Office Selfinvest, in a landmark mixed-use turnkey acquisition in Odensen, Denmark.
The turnkey development is situated in one of the most attractive areas in Odense, at the harbour front consiting of approx. 14.000 sqm of private residences, retail and a large parking facility.
